31st ANNUAL MARCH FOR LIFE - 2004

TRIP INFORMATION (SAVE)

JANUARY 21sT, 2004, We will depart on a chartered Brewster Tour Bus from the Reynoldsburg Senior Citizen Center Parking lot, 1520 Davidson Dr., Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. The Tour Bus will depart at 7:30 A.M.. PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATTER THEN 7:am.

DIRECTIONS COMING FROM COLUMBUS: Going East on Main St. just past the Reynoldsburg Post Office across from City Hall is Davidson Dr. turn right going south quarter mile on left is Senior Citizen Center, park in the south parking lot. Coming from Columbus on Livingston Ave. going East, You will turn left on to Haft Dr. Just past Blacklick Woods once on Haft Dr. You will go to the 1st' Stop Sign and turn right on to Davidson Dr. The Senior Citizen Center will be on your right just around the Curve.

Bus will stop in Breezewood, Pennsylvania for cafeteria style lunch. You will need to bring cash for lunch and any snacks you might want to buy.

We will arrive in Washington D.C. about 4:00 P.M. at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, 400 Michigan Ave. Washington D.C. (202‑526‑8300). The Mass for Life will start at8:00 P.M. and will be televised on EWTN. Giving every one ample time to tour the Basilica and get something to eat.

After Mass about (10:15 P.M.) we will board our bus and proceed to the Grand Hyatt 1000 H Street Washington D.C.

The Evening Meal is on your own (usually snacks or pizza. delivered to the hotel)

Thursday Morning January 22nd 2004 we ask that every one be in the lobby of the Hotel, not later then 8:15 A.M., to Board the bus for the 9:00 A.M. Congressional Breakfast, at that time you will receive your ticket for the Breakfast as you board the bus. Around 11:30 A. M. everyone will proceed (by the Metro) to The Ellipse in Front of the White House for the 12:00 Noon Rally. The March for Life will begin immediately following and will end at the Supreme Court Building at about 3:00 P.M. We will board our bus at Union Station and depart from Washington for home about 4:00 P.M. bus will stop in Breezewood, PA. for evening meal around 8:00 P.M., every one is on their own.

Friday January 23^rd 2004: Arrive in Reynoldsburg at Approximately 2:00 A.M.

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING:

1 Cash for meals, Snacks, And Souvenirs. 2. Non‑perishable snacks and drinks

3. Blanket aml pillow for the bus trip. 4. Umbrella

5. You may bring a Back pack for use during the March (for extra clothes, water, snacks, camera, etc

6. Mittens, hat, scarf, old shoes, or boots, and dry socks for after the March. Dress in layers.

7. You may bring Pro‑Life signs, banners, pennants, or decorative sash to carry or wear all though in previous years there were ample signs available at the rally.

8. Any videos shown on the bus, will be provided by the committee.

WORDS ABOUT THE WEATHER: Because, the March for Life Participants come from all over the United States, the march is never canceled due to bad weather in D.C. area. If our weather in Ohio would make traveling to D.C. a big concern, then we will call you the night before. Should we not go.

Thursday, January 22, 20(14 ‑ Congressional Breakfast at Merriott Wardman 2660 Woodley N.W., Washington D.C. at 9:00 AM with guest speaker 12 noon Rally at Ellipse near White House, followed by March for Life to the Supreme Court Building. Depart Washington, D.C. at 5:00 PM.
